The Bognor Club at 2, Sudley Road offers comfortable and friendly bridge and snooker facilities. The club holds duplicate Bridge sessions on Monday evenings, Tuesday afternoons and evenings, Thursday evenings, Friday afternoons and alternate Saturday evenings. Team Bridge is played on Wednesday evenings and one Sunday a month. Sessions are for established players but class are planned for the autumn. The club has an attractive snooker room with one table. The atmosphere is very much one of traditional "gentlemen's club" (but, of course, ladies are welcome!). The Bognor Regis Branch of U3A is growing week by week as more members join and additional groups are formed within the Bognor Regis, Pagham and Aldwick areas. Currently there are over 35 groups operating, from a 5 week Lifestyle programme, to weekly scrabble. Certain groups will be ongoing, such as the various language groups and the Luncheon and Supper Groups. Gardening and Flower arranging are blossoming (sorry about that).
